  • If you want to know by what date SARS must respond on an objection;
  • If you want to know on what date your appeal must be submitted;
  • If you want to know on what date SARS must deliver their rule 31 statement; or
  • etc
The TAA days between two dates

This option will allow you to determine how many dispute resolution days have lapsed between two dates. For example:

  • If you want to know whether you are late with an objection or appeal or rule 31 statement etc;
  • If you want to know how late you are with an objection or appeal to determine what you must raise to get condonation; or
  • If you want to know if SARS is late with something in the dispute resolution process (for example to determine if SARS invalidated an objection within the prescribed 30 days or made a decision on objection within the prescribed 60 days) etc.
